At the heart of this journey stands Lado Devi, our grandmother. She is not just the inspiration behind our name, but the soul behind everything we do.

Life changed for her at a very young age. She lost her husband when her eldest child was only around ten years old. With three small sons and limited support, she was suddenly faced with responsibilities that would have broken many. But Lado Devi chose strength over sorrow. She chose to stand firm, even when life felt uncertain.

She worked relentlessly—sometimes silently, sometimes exhausted—but always hopeful. Her only dream was to see her children educated, independent, and respected. Through years of sacrifice, discipline, and unwavering belief, she shaped not just careers, but strong character.

Today, her efforts shine through generations. All three of her sons serve society in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Her eldest son retired with pride as a Sub-Inspector, her second son serves in the Education Department, and her youngest continues his duty in the UP Police. Each of them carries the values their mother lived by—honesty, service, and responsibility.

Her legacy did not stop there.

From her eldest son’s family, her two grandsons continue this path of purpose. The elder grandson serves as a Sub-Inspector in the Uttar Pradesh Police, protecting and serving society with integrity. The younger grandson chose the path of healing and compassion—he is a Doctor, successfully running his own Homeopathic clinic, touching lives with care and dedication. Together, they reflect the same values Lado Devi planted years ago.

Yet, beyond responsibilities and achievements, Lado Devi always carried a quiet love in her heart.

She found peace in knitting and stitching clothes. For her, fabric was not just material—it was expression. With her own hands, she created dresses filled with warmth and grace. Even today, she continues this passion. Her hands, shaped by decades of experience, still move with patience and purpose, creating garments that speak of love and craftsmanship.

This timeless knowledge was lovingly passed on to her eldest daughter-in-law, Avdhesh Devi.

Avdhesh Devi, the founder and owner of Lado Fashions, grew up witnessing this strength, discipline, and artistry. She brings with her years of success and deep experience in the direct selling industry. Through her journey, she learned how to understand people, build trust, and recognize what women truly seek—not just in fashion, but in confidence.

She dreamed of creating something meaningful. Something that honored tradition while embracing the present. A brand where fabric, stitching, styling, and selling come together with purpose.
